1. Who we are

Comunidad Fantasy S.L. ("Comunidad Fantasy", "we", "us") operates the fantasy-manager platform at comunidad-fantasy.com. We are based at Calle de Colón 60, 46004 València, Spain, and are represented by Álvaro Sáez Moreno.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all visitors and registered managers of comunidad-fantasy.com and to any related communications such as e-mail support and newsletters.

It does not cover third-party websites that we may link to. When you follow an external link, the privacy policy of that website applies instead of ours.

3. Data we collect

When you create an account we collect the name, e-mail address and password you provide. When you build squads we store your selections so you can return to them later.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your approximate region, device type and browser, in order to keep the service secure and working correctly.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to operate your account, save your squads, run leaderboards, send the communications you ask for and improve the platform.

We process this data on the legal bases of contract performance (running the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security and product improvement) and your consent (for example, marketing e-mails).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your squad and understand how the site is used. You control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform — for example hosting and analytics — under strict contractual safeguards.

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure an adequate level of protection through mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected to the standard required by EU law wherever it is processed.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain some of it to meet legal obligations.

Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained indefinitely to help us understand long-term trends.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Comunidad Fantasy is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.

Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered managers, for example by e-mail or an in-app notice.
