Refund Policy
How refunds, the right of withdrawal and cancellations work for paid plans.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and withdrawals work for paid plans on Comunidad Fantasy, operated by Comunidad Fantasy S.L. in València, Spain.
Because our in-game Galones currency has no monetary value and cannot be bought with cash, this policy concerns only paid subscription plans (Premium and Pro).
2. No real-money gameplay
Comunidad Fantasy is a free-to-play fantasy-manager game. Galones are a virtual strategy currency with no real-world value and cannot be purchased, sold or withdrawn.
As there is no real-money gameplay, there is nothing to cash out and no betting balance to refund.
3. Free plan
The Free plan is, and always remains, free of charge. No payment is taken, so no refund is ever required for free use of the platform.
You can use the core squad builder, leaderboards and market on the Free plan indefinitely.
4. Paid subscriptions
Premium and Pro are optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional analysis and convenience features. This policy sets out when those payments can be refunded.
Subscriptions are billed per season unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
5. 7-day free trial
Premium and Pro both offer a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. During the trial you are never charged, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue.
If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and you return to the Free plan automatically.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. If you purchase a paid plan, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
If you ask us to start the paid service immediately and then withdraw, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period already used, in line with EU consumer law.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, e-mail [email protected] from the address linked to your account, stating your name and the plan you purchased.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours on working days and to process eligible refunds promptly thereafter.
8. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider, typically within 5 to 10 working days.
We will confirm by e-mail once your refund has been issued from our side.
9. Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be declined where a request is made after the withdrawal period and a substantial part of the subscription has been used, or where we detect abuse of the refund process.
Virtual Galones balances are never refundable in cash, as they have no monetary value.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your features remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund — if you are within the withdrawal period and want your money back, please contact us as described above.
11. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies only to future billing periods. We will give you clear notice before any change affects you.
You may cancel before a price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Most issues are solved faster directly than through a bank chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to temporary suspension of the affected account while the matter is investigated.
